Anatomically
talking, this is NOT the good way to draw a
neck...
It looks
very awkward, and the collarbones seem to coem out
of nowhere. |
Small
anathomy lesson~ XD
At the base
of the neck and shoulders, there is a triangular
shaped muscle called trapezius. It makes two
small "bumps", one on each sides of the
neck.

So,
this would be a better way to draw a
neck.
Note the the
collarbones are linked to the
shoulders. |

For
a girl (or a young boy/not muscular man), the
usual way to draw shoulders is to draw them twice
as wide as the head of the character. |

For
muscular men (or women XP), the shoulders can be
wider than twice as wide as the head of the
character. |
